The
Brief.
Cue the Light Academy is a transformative sanctuary in the UK designed to help individuals move from the shadows of hesitation into confident, purposeful expression. Founded by Suzan Ibrahim, the academy leverages applied theatre and professional coaching to help people find their authentic voice.
“The core tension: The founder, Suzan, wanted a digital presence that felt as safe and intimate as her workshops, while appearing professional enough for film and voiceover clients. The website needed to bridge the gap between her personal history of overcoming bullying and her current authority as a communication expert without losing the "human" touch.”
Authentic Narrative
We centered the copy around Suzan’s personal story of transitioning from making herself "small" to becoming a professional voice. This vulnerability builds immediate trust with the core audience of introverts and aspiring speakers.
Multi-Disciplinary UX
The site architecture was designed to house three distinct pillars: Film & Voiceover, Professional Coaching, and Workshop Facilitation, ensuring a seamless journey for both individual students and corporate clients.
Applied Theatre Aesthetic
Using a minimalist "Noir-to-Light" visual language, we mirrored the brand’s mission of stepping out of the shadows. The UI focuses on clarity and "space," allowing the content to breathe, much like the physical workshops.
